General conditions of the website www. bulb.eu.com are compiled based on the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP), the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1), and based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and international codes for e-business.
The provider of the website is the company BULB VENTUS D.O.O., (hereinafter: "Provider").
The sales conditions determine the rights and obligations of buyers and visitors of the www.bulb.eu.com online store (hereinafter: " Consumer ") when ordering products available on the website www.bulb.eu.com. bulb.eu.com, and the business relationship between the Provider and the Consumer.

The entire content of the website, regardless of format (text, images, movies, sounds, etc.), is protected by copyright. The content of the website may not be used for any purpose other than viewing the website making purchases and communicating with the Consumer, unless the Provider gives prior written and express permission otherwise. In the event of possible misuse or unauthorized use of individual contents, the Provider will protect its interests through court proceedings.
By accessing the services on the website www.bulb.eu.com. The consumer accepts and agrees to all provisions of the general conditions. If you do not agree with these general conditions, we urge you to stop accessing the website immediately.

Intellectual property right
The provider has the exclusive right to use the trademark " BULB " and any other trademarks located on the website. The contents found on the website - regardless of their form - are copyright protected. Any copying, dubbing, or any other use of the contents on the website or individual parts of these contents is prohibited. In case of misuse of brands or copyrights, the Consumer is criminally and materially liable.

The written general conditions are an integral part of the contractual relationship between the Provider and the Consumer and, together with the order, constitute part of the sales contract. In the case of a purchase, these general conditions become an integral part of the agreement between the Consumer and the Provider.
When registering on the website or ordering via the online store, the Consumer confirms that he understands and accepts these general conditions. To purchase in the online store, the Consumer does not need to register, but he must receive the general terms and conditions of business.
The Provider makes every effort to provide accurate information that can be found in the online store (product description, photos, descriptions...), but the possibility is allowed that in individual cases there may also be errors, which the Provider will correct in the shortest possible time. On the website, we provide a display of the actual stock of a certain product. If an individual model or several models of a certain product are currently not in stock, it is crossed out, or "SOLD OUT" is displayed. When the model is available again, the model tag is visible again.
 
Availability of information
 The provider undertakes to always provide the customer with the following information:
  • Company name and company headquarters address.
  • the main characteristics of the goods or services or digital content to the extent corresponding to the data carrier and goods or digital content; *
  • the final price of the goods or digital content, including taxes, or the method of the price calculation, if due to the nature of the goods, services, or digital content, it cannot be calculated in advance;

  • payment conditions and conditions for the delivery of goods and the performance of the service or the supply of digital content, the deadline for the delivery of goods and the performance of the service or the supply of digital content, when necessary;
  • information about the appeal procedure at the company;
  • familiarisation with the legal guarantee for the conformity of goods or digital content;
  • familiarisation with the possibility and conditions of after-sales services and voluntary guarantee (market guarantee), when necessary;
  • the duration of the contract, where applicable, and the conditions for withdrawing from the contract

Order processing and fulfillment: We use the personal information you provide to process your orders, your purchases, and delivery to your preferred delivery address. This includes communicating with you about the status of your order and providing necessary updates.
Customer Support: We may use your personal information to answer your questions, provide customer support, and resolve any issues you may have with our products or services.
Marketing Communications: With your consent, we may send you promotional emails or newsletters about our products, special offers, discounted checkouts, or upcoming events. Ordering - after placing an order - canceling an order
Ordering is done online 24 hours a day, every day of the year. The customer chooses and orders the products available in the online store, classified in categories.
Buying in the BULB online store takes place in a few steps :
  • you choose a product or products and add them to the basket. By clicking on the "BASKET" button, you can see the products in the basket and the total amount of the order (without the delivery price)
  • after checking the shopping cart, press the "CHECK OUT" button, and a new page will open.
  • Here you enter your contact information, account and delivery information, and select a PAYMENT METHOD
  • Under the payment method, you also have the field "COUPON CODE" where you can enter a possible discount code
  • Finally, confirm the order by pressing "APPLY".
The moment the buyer confirms the order, the sales contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded.
The purchase contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded the moment the provider confirms the order.
We then deliver the selected goods to your chosen address as soon as possible.
The delivery time is usually: 2-5 working days from the receipt of payment, or it can be longer when the volume of work is increased (that is, during discounts, during promotions). In principle, between 2-15 working days from receipt of payment.

After submitting the order :
The customer receives a notification by e-mail that the order has been accepted. It lists the products and quantities selected by the buyer. About a possible change to the order or cancellation, the buyer must inform the provider about this at the e-mail address info@bulb.eu.com, where he must also indicate the purchase number, which is mentioned in the e-mail about the purchase.
After placing the order, you will receive a notification by e-mail " Your order from ..." with which we confirm the receipt of the order in the queue. You usually receive an electronic notification within 5 minutes, but this time may be extended due to different settings of electronic mail clients.
BULB reserves the right to refuse an order if an item is no longer in stock or incorrect prices may arise in the event of errors in automated transfers, which we will notify you of as soon as possible. In case of ambiguity, checking data, or ensuring correct delivery, we can call you at the phone number or email address you entered when placing the order.
We will prepare the goods within the agreed time and send them to your address. You will also be informed about this, as we will send you the notification " Your order has been completed " to your e-mail address. If you have ordered goods that cannot be delivered within the promised time due to unforeseen reasons, we will notify you of the new delivery time by phone or to your e-mail address.
Through e-mail, the buyer can also be informed on the fly about up-to-date information regarding the delivery of items. If the delivery time is very long and the buyer does not want to wait, the buyer can communicate this to info@bulb.eu.com to remove the item from the order. Bulb returns any funds already paid to the buyer, and the remaining items from the order are at the buyer's choice - either shipped and delivered or canceled the entire order. If the supplier does not confirm the availability of the ordered items no later than two weeks from the date of placing the order, Bulb may reject the customer's order because the item is not available. On the day of rejection, the customer's order ceases to be valid. Bulb does not assume any responsibility for damage caused by longer delivery times or non-delivery of items that Bulb does not have in stock in its warehouse, except to the extent that the company BULB VENTUS D.O.O. or a person for whom the company is responsible, caused intentionally or negligently.
 The special feature of the products in the online store www.bulb.eu.com is that the items are made from specific recycled material from some well-known vessels. When this material runs out, Bulb Ventus d.o.o. cannot provide new articles, as the material is no longer available. In such a case, the product, with a specific material, a specific team, and/or vessel will no longer be available. In such cases, the article will be removed or marked accordingly in the online store. If the buyer has already ordered and paid for the item, we will inform him of the unavailability. The buyer will be able to decide if he wants to exchange the item for another or if the provider returns the purchase price.
 Bulb prepares, sends, or prepares the item for personal collection within the agreed period and informs the customer about this by e-mail or SMS message. In the e-mail, Bulb also informs the buyer about the cancellation policy, where to contact in the event of a delivery delay, and where to contact in the event of a complaint. BULB does not receive SMS messages that are a response to the notification about the preparation and dispatch of the shipment by the courier (GLS or Pošta Slovenija), so we ask customers not to reply to SMS messages, but to contact us via e-mail.
 
If the buyer decides to cancel the order in time, he must notify the provider immediately by e-mail to the address info@bulb.eu.com. If the order has already been shipped, the buyer rejects the shipment to the delivery service.
The purchase contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded the moment the provider confirms the order. From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer.
 
Cancel order
The placed order can be canceled by the Consumer without additional costs until receiving an email about the shipment of the goods. Order cancellation can only be done at info@bulb.eu.com.
 When canceling, the Consumer must provide the order number, the name and surname of the buyer, and the address of the buyer.
In case of non-delivery of products from the order, the provider reserves the right to cancel the order if the customer does not respond to the provider's message. Before this, the provider will inform the customer via e-mail and/or contact him on the phone number provided with the order. If the customer does not respond within ten (10) working days, the provider may cancel the order. Customers who previously paid for the order via PayPal will receive a refund within five (5) working days of canceling the order. Customers who have paid by bank transfer will receive a refund within 5-9 working days after canceling the order.

Bulb reserves the right to choose a delivery service that can fulfill the order more efficiently.
 
Prices and taxes
All prices on the website are in euros and include VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise on the website. A reduced price is a reduced regular price at which the presented product is sold for a fixed or indefinite period.
All prices in the online store include product prices with packaging, delivery, and postal costs. The prices are valid at the moment of placing the order and have no further validity. The prices are valid in the case of payment with the payment methods listed below, under the conditions listed below.
Prices are valid until changed and may be changed by the provider without prior notice. If the price of the item changes during the processing of the order, the provider will inform the buyer about this. The provider will try to the best of its ability in every case to provide the customer with a lower price or to offer an appropriate solution that will satisfy both parties. Otherwise, the company Bulb Ventus d.o.oearns the right to withdraw from the sales contract and return the purchase price paid to the customer. The sales contract (ie the first email about the status of the order) is stored electronically on the Bulb server and is accessible to the customer. Contracts on www.bulb.eu.com are concluded only in English, Slovenian, and Italian language. All documents (purchase records, orders, invoices, complaints) are kept at Bulb Ventus d.o.o., Sončna pot 13, 6320 Portorož, Slovenia. The buyer can at any time request copies of the documents that we send to him by e-mail or regular mail.
The company Bulb Ventus d.o.o.. is not responsible for possible errors (grammatical, typographical, and other) in connection with the price of items. In case of any errors, the customer will be notified.
 
Discount codes
The discount code or promotional code brings various benefits when purchasing through the Bulb online store. You can find the activation code on the front page of the advertising message, in the Bulb online store email, or other media. Any code is always limited in time and must be used within a limited specified period, otherwise it is invalid. If the customer uses a discount code or later cancels the order with the used code of his own free will, he is no longer entitled to a new benefit from this code.
Discount codes are not cumulative and do not apply to products on sale unless otherwise stated.
 
USE DISCOUNT CODE:
  • Select the items you want to buy and add them to your cart. When you have finished adding items to your cart, continue by clicking the Checkout button. Enter your personal information select the delivery method specify the delivery address and select the payment method.
  • In the same step, click on the "COUPON CODE" field. Click here to enter the code and enter the discount code and confirm the entry by clicking the Enter Coupon button.
  • When you enter discount codes, the value of the discount codes is automatically deducted from the price of your order. There remains an amount that still needs to be settled.
  • A discount code can also be a one-time code, meaning you can only use it once.
  • The combination of different types of benefits (discount code, promotional code, and bonus) within the same order is not possible in principle.
 
Payment methods
The following payment methods are available in the online store:
  • Payment by PayPal.
The PayPal payment system is considered one of the most secure payment systems in the world receiving the payment according to the offer/proforma invoice, the order moves on to the processing process.
  • Payment by proforma invoice via bank transfer.
After completing the order in the online store, you will receive a proforma invoice for your order in your email. We dispatch the order upon receiving payment to our bank account. Please note that the bank transaction may take 1-4 business days.
 
Issuance of an invoice
The invoice contains a breakdown of the price and all costs related to the purchase, as well as a notification of the right to withdraw from the contract. The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the data before placing the order. We do not take into account objections made later regarding the correctness of the issued invoices. You will receive the invoice together with the delivery of the order. All documents (purchase records, orders, invoices, complaints) are kept at Bulb Ventus d.o.o. Sončna pot 13, 6320 Portorož, Slovenia. The buyer can at any time request copies of the documents that we send to him by e-mail or regular mail.

‎Product care
To clean the sail part of the product, we recommend using a damp sponge, perhaps with water and neutral soap. Do not use water or soap directly on the product. Gently rub the fabric and then rinse with a clean, damp sponge, after that pat dry with a cotton cloth. To maximize the life of the product, leave the fabric to dry avoiding direct contact with heat sources or sunlight. To avoid streaks or discoloration, do not use chemical products or solvents of any kind. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Do not tumble dry.
 
Some product parts are made of leather. Cleaning with solvents or chemicals is not recommended for all leather parts. Homemade leather darkening agents such as mink oil, saddle soap, leather lotion, or any other substance should be avoided. These chemicals can compromise the quality and integrity of the leather piece as it wears over time. To keep the original properties of the leather unchanged over time, you could try to use only specific liquid products based on neutral waxes that do not contain solvents, benzene, or alcohol to clean it. Use a small amount of product on a soft cloth, never directly on the leather, and apply gently to the area with small circular movements. If the leather comes into contact with water, clean it immediately with a slightly absorbent, lint-free cloth. We also advise you to avoid products such as oils, makeup, perfumes, creams, or disinfectants to apply to the leather as they could damage its natural beauty.
It must also be said that the white or light parts of leather tend to get dirty faster than the dark ones.
 
Return of products and withdrawal from the contract
By the provisions of ZVPot-1, the consumer can withdraw from the contract within 14 days within the European Union and 30 days rest of the World, without having to give a reason for his decision. Suppose the consumer has already received the goods and withdraws from the contract. In that case, he shall return them to the company or to a person authorized by the company to accept the goods, immediately or at the latest within 14 days within the European Union and 30 days rest of the World, after notification of withdrawal from the contract. In case of withdrawal from the contract, within 14 days within the European Union and 30 days rest of the World, after receiving the goods, the Provider must return all payments received, which were charged to the consumer at the time of concluding the contract (submitting the order).
In case of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer only covers the costs of returning the goods, which are calculated according to the price list of the delivery service and depend on the type and size of the shipment. The consumer cannot claim reimbursement of additional costs incurred if he has explicitly decided on a different type of shipment than the most affordable standard shipment offered by the seller.
If the consumer has handled or examined the goods in any other way than is necessary to determine the nature, properties, and functioning of the goods, this may reduce its value and consequently affect the refund amount. In the case of returning the goods, we will return the purchase price to your transaction account or to the account you used at the time of purchase.
If it is a packaging error by the company or a damaged product, the shipping cost of returning the goods is covered by the company. In any case, the consumer must attach a completed Return or Exchange Form.

In the case of a sales contract, the company may withhold the refund of the received payments until the return of the goods has been received or until the consumer provides proof that he has sent the goods back unless the company offers the option of accepting the returned goods.
The product or the goods must be as they were received - unwashed, undamaged, with labels, and in the original packaging. Our company does not assume the risk of delays in the refund of the purchase price, which may arise due to the bank or the online application for bank transfers.
The consumer is responsible for the reduced value of the goods, if the reduction in value is the result of conduct that is not necessary to determine the nature, properties, and functioning of the goods.
The consumer's liability for the reduced value of the goods can be up to the value of the full regular retail price of the goods on the day of purchase of the goods. Due to the mentioned responsibility for the reduction of the value of the goods, the Provider recommends to the consumer that the goods for which he is claiming withdrawal from the contract are returned undamaged, unused, and in the same quantity, unless the product is destroyed, damaged, lost or the quantity has decreased, all through no fault of the consumer. If the Provider finds that the returned goods are damaged or that the returned quantity does not match, the consumer is responsible for the reduction in the value of the goods, if the reduction in value is the result of conduct that is not necessary to determine the nature, properties, and functioning of the goods. The consumer is only responsible for the reduced value of the goods, which is the result of handling the goods, which is not necessary to determine the nature, properties, and functioning of the goodsThe consumer may inspect and test the products to the extent that this is necessary to determine the actual condition, that is, the consumer examines the goods with all necessary care and in the way that he could normally do it in a store. The provider recommends the consumer to carefully open the packaging, keep it in an unaltered state, and keep any attached labels on the product, until he is sure that the product is suitable. The provider cannot deprive the consumer of the right to withdraw from the contract and thus refund the purchase price solely based on a decrease in the value of the goods due to the consumer's conduct.
In the case of a partial withdrawal from the contract and the return of only individual products, any promotional discounts that have been determined as a discount on an individual product in the basket (e.g. 3 for 2 promotion, discount on the third product in the basket, etc.) are taken into account upon return in such a way that the amount of the calculated discount is redistributed equally to all products in the basket. The consumer is thus entitled to a refund of the purchase price in the amount of the value of the returned product, taking into account the thus calculated discount on all products in the basket.

If you do not like the product, send it to the return address below. Before returning the product, fill out the form located on the product return page.
If the product has physical defects, the buyer must notify the Provider of the defect within two months or another statutory period describe the defect in more detail in the defect notification, and allow the Provider to inspect the product.
The provider is not responsible for material defects in the product that appear after two years have passed since the product was delivered.
If you have provided the wrong IBAN, we will charge you the cost of additional work in the amount of the costs incurred in each case to resolve the case with the bank and the unauthorized recipient.
By placing an order, the buyer confirms his agreement with the general business terms and conditions and unconditionally accepts them in their entirety. He hereby undertakes to accept and pay for the ordered package. If the buyer does not accept the sent package, this causes our company as the Provider unnecessary costs (packing-packaging, shipping-postage, working time), for which our company as the Provider can charge the customer or requires the client to pay unnecessarily incurred costs. Of course, we do our best to find an amicable solution.
The Provider's information costs are:
  • initial working hour: €25.00,
  • 2x the actual costs of delivering the package, which depend on the type of delivery service (DPD, GLS, other delivery service) and may differ from each other (we also pay when the package is returned),
  • packaging €5.00.
 
Warranty
 The provider does not offer an additional guarantee for the flawless operation of its products. Insofar as the warranty is still recognized for an individual product, this is limited to the warranty specified in the applicable Consumer Protection Act, unless otherwise specified in the warranty documents.
 
 Damaged, destroyed, or lost shipment
In the case of prepayment, the provider is not responsible for physical damage, destruction, or loss of the shipment from the moment of handing over the shipment, with the ordered products, to the delivery service, as well as not if the contents of the shipment are missing or if the shipment shows signs of openings (packaging has visible damage). In all of these cases, the Consumer must initiate a complaint procedure with a responsible delivery service, i.e. take the shipment to the nearest post office in the same condition as it was received, without adding or removing anything, and fill out a complaint report. He also informs the provider about this at the contact e-mail info@bulb.eu.com.
 
 Tracking
Upon order confirmation, the consumer receives a confirmation email from the provider with a tracking code for the shipment.
 
 Buyer's responsibility
The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the information on the invoice and to notify the seller of any errors within eight (8) days of receipt. We do not consider later complaints. Your PayPal account will be charged directly upon confirmation of your order. The amount that will be charged to your account may differ from the amount indicated on our site, as it depends on the surcharges or fees of your card issuer (and/or card provider) implemented during the transaction process.
We are not responsible for fees related to changing exchange rates and surcharges set by your bank, as well as any other additional fees for foreign currency transactions charged to you by your card issuer if EUR is not the currency in which your credit card issuer issues invoices.
 
 
Data protection 
The company Bulb Ventus d.o.o. undertakes to permanently protect all personal data of the Consumer by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, and ZVOP-1. Everything detailed information on the processing of personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy section. The consumer must be aware that he is obliged to provide the online trader with his data in a correct and true form, and he is also obliged to inform the online trader of any change in his data. By accepting these terms and conditions, the consumer confirms that the personal data he has provided is correct.
 
 
Limitation of liability
Bulb does its best to ensure that the information published on its websites is up-to-date and correct. Nevertheless, the characteristics of the items, the delivery time or the price can change so quickly that the provider is unable to correct the information on the web pages. In such a case, the provider will inform the buyer about the changes and allow him to withdraw from the contract or exchange the ordered item. The provider has the option of withdrawing from the contract only if an obvious error is found (Article 46 of the OZ). An obvious error is a mistake in the essential properties of the item and all mistakes that are considered decisive according to the customs of the trade or according to the intention of the customers and with which the provider would not have confirmed or concluded a contract if he had been aware of them. This also includes obvious pricing errors.
 
 Complaints and disputes
The provider complies with applicable consumer protection legislation and makes every effort to fulfill its duty to provide an effective complaint handling system. Consumers can send complaints to the e-mail info@bulb.eu.com or by regular mail to the address: Bulb Ventus d.o.o., Sončna pot 13, 6320 Portorož, Slovenia. The appeal process is confidential. The company Bulb Ventus d.o.o.. is aware that an essential feature of consumer disputes is the disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the time and costs required to resolve the dispute, which is also the main obstacle for the consumer not to initiate a dispute before the court. Therefore, Bulb makes every effort to resolve any disputes amicably. Within five working days, the Provider must confirm that it has received the complaint, inform the Consumer how long it will take to process it and keep him informed about the progress of the procedure. 
 
 
OUT OF COURT RESOLUTION OF CONSUMER DISPUTES
By legal norms, Bulb Ventus d.o.o. does not recognize any provider of out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes as competent for the resolution of a consumer dispute that the consumer could initiate by the Act on out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes. Bulb Ventus d.o.o., which is a provider of goods and services enables online trade in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia and publishes on its website an electronic link to the platform for online resolution of consumer disputes (SRPS).
The regulation mentioned above comes from the Act on the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes, Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the online resolution of consumer disputes and the amendment of Regulation (EC) no. 2016/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC.
